1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clubify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Clubify provides a web-based platform for student club management, including member management, event planning, budget tracking, and communication tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you upload to Clubify. We will not sell your data to third parties.
6. Payment Terms
Free tier clubs may use the Service at no cost within stated limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the Service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clubify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
