Our mission.
Student clubs are where leaders are made, ideas are tested, and communities are built. But the tools available to run them? Spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and scattered Facebook events. We believe clubs deserve better.
Clubify is the operating system for student clubs — one platform to manage members, plan events, track budgets, and keep everyone in the loop. Built by people who've been in the trenches of club leadership and know exactly what's broken.
Why we built this.
Every semester, thousands of student club leaders inherit the same mess: a Google Sheet with 12 tabs no one understands, a WhatsApp group with 200 unread messages, and a treasurer who tracks expenses in their Notes app.
We've seen clubs fold — not because they lacked passion, but because they lacked structure. Clubify exists to make sure that never happens. If you care enough to lead a club, you deserve tools that don't fight you.
Where we are today.
We're currently in early access, working closely with clubs at universities across Poland and Europe. Our waitlist is growing, and we're shipping features every week based on real feedback from real club leaders.
